Choose between 9 km or 12.5 km and enjoy a unique route through Grado’s historic centre, along the beach and into the peaceful pine forest.
No timing, no rankings: just Nordic Walking, nature, and the joy of being part of it.
Start and finish at Residence Punta Spin, the heart of the event and home of the Mytho Expo Village.

Mytho Nordic Walking is all about sharing, having fun and coming together with fellow Nordic Walking enthusiasts.
This non-competitive, non-timed event is the perfect opportunity to improve your technique along an off-road route completely away from traffic, while enjoying breathtaking scenery.
Mytho Nordic Walking is also a great opportunity for beginners to discover this fantastic discipline. Nordic Walking poles will be available for rent, while qualified instructors will be on hand free of charge to offer valuable tips and help you take your first steps into the world of Nordic Walking.
